Ground rules for cosmic connections
These terms explain what you can expect from AstroMatch and what we expect from you in return. Please read them carefully before creating or continuing to use your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an AstroMatch account.
Provide truthful profile details and keep them up to date so we can surface compatible matches.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive content is not allowed.
Comply with our CSAE Standards, never solicit sexual content from or on behalf of minors, and report suspicious behaviour.
Do not send spam, run bots, scrape our platform, or misuse our APIs or matching logic.
You grant AstroMatch a limited licence to host and display the content you share solely to operate, improve, and promote the service.
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.
Paid features are billed through the platform where you purchased them. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through your app store or account settings.
Discounts or trial offers may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the offer.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm the community, or expose AstroMatch to liability.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive account closure.
AstroMatch is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We do not guarantee particular matches or outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, AstroMatch's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Disputes will be resolved under Oregon law through binding arbitration, unless a different process is required by your local laws.
